Online Store Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the REMOTEALLY Online Store. The use of the REMOTEALLY Store is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order to the REMOTEALLY Store indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. REMOTEALLY reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

2. Payment

Payment is required at the time of purchase and placement of your order. Payment is charged/debited at the end of the complete check-out process. You will not be charged prior to the final step, and can choose not to proceed at any time before payment is taken. REMOTEALLY accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. You must comply with the applicable T&Cs of these providers. Please contact billing@remoteally.com  if you have any questions about invoicing and payment for goods.

3. Shipping

Most orders will ship out within five to seven business days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard service unless otherwise indicated. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, REMOTEALLY cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by third party postage or freight providers.

4. Returns and Exchanges

We will happily exchange or refund your item, provided the item and it’s packaging are returned to REMOTEALLY within 21 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with all accessories and undamaged.
You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us and any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our offices. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes. We recommend you use a postal service that enables you to track the goods you are returning.
If you would like a refund, please email billing@remotally.com stating your order number and brief explanation of refund required. A refund will be made when the goods are received by REMOTEALLY in the original condition.

If goods are faulty, please email billing@remotelly.com stating your order number and brief explanation as to the problem with the item. We will send you a Prepaid Postage bag to return the item in and once it has been received we will either refund the cost of the item paid at purchase including postage, or send you a replacement if the stock is available.

5. Pricing and Availability

Whilst REMOTEALLY try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on the REMOTEALLY Store are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

6. Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy, states that the information collected is in fact, your personal information. By using this REMOTEALLY Store, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

7. Order Confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved and our billing agent has debited your credit or debit card.

8. Registration

Where you register for the REMOTEALLY Store the stated terms and conditions apply. You must provide us with true and accurate registration information. You must keep any user name and password allocated to you confidential, and we are entitled to assume that anyone using that user name and password is you.
